The Up is intentionally simple. Proper care keeps it ready for daily use with very little ongoing effort.

Assembly & Disassembly

The Up separates into three main sections (base, mast, and seat/handle assembly) without tools. This makes transport and storage easier. Always ensure all connections are secure before use.

Care & Maintenance Checklist

Daily / Before Use

  • Confirm all sections are properly assembled and locked

  • Inspect the hand grips and seat area

  • Check casters for debris and smooth rolling

  • Test the brakes

Weekly / Monthly

  • Wipe down all surfaces

  • Inspect for any play or wear in the joints

  • Ensure the modular connections remain secure

Because there are no batteries or electric actuators, maintenance is minimal compared with powered lifts.
