Joerns Hoyer 0Y0048 6-Point Spreader Bar Assembly for Presence

The Joerns Hoyer 0Y0048 6-Point Spreader Bar Assembly is a genuine OEM replacement component for Hoyer Presence. Joerns identifies this exact part number in the applicable lift parts documentation, making the OEM number the primary reference when replacing the same component on a compatible lift.

The spreader bar or cradle must match both the lift and the approved sling attachment style. Verify loop-style versus clip/Securi3 compatibility before use.

Before ordering, compare the model name, lift configuration and existing part number whenever possible. Because patient-lift components are safety-critical, installation, inspection and return-to-service checks should follow the applicable Joerns manual and facility service procedures. If the lift has a damaged or uncertain safety-critical component, keep it out of service until the repair is completed and verified.
