The Joerns HOY-4PT-APC-W is the wide adaptive powered 4-point positioning cradle for the Hoyer Professional series.

It features powered tilting/positioning control so caregivers can smoothly adjust the patient from upright to reclined (or vice versa) using the integrated controls. The wide design accommodates a broader range of body types. It uses the Hoyer Securi3 clip system and provides 360-degree rotation capability for better caregiver access during transfers.

This is the powered wide version (distinct from the standard manual HOY-4PTSB and the non-wide powered HOY-4PT-APC).
