The Joerns HOY-6PTSB is the official 6-point spreader bar/cradle for the Hoyer Professional series.

It provides six attachment points for loop-style (webbing) slings. Caregivers can fine-tune patient posture (more upright or more reclined) by selecting different colored loops on compatible Hoyer slings.

This is the commercial accessory version of the 6-point option used on the Presence (where 0Y0048 is the internal part) and offered as an option on the Stature (where 0Y0189 is the internal part number). It is distinct from the 4-point adaptive cradles (HOY-4PTSB / HOY-4PT-APC).
