Preparation Checklist

Fully charge the batteries

Clear a wide path (bariatric transfers need more space)

Select a properly sized bariatric-compatible sling

Communicate each step clearly

Lock the rear casters before lifting
Standard Transfer Sequence

Use the powered leg adjustment to open the base around the chair, bed, or wheelchair.

Lock the brakes.
-
Apply and secure the appropriate sling.

Attach the sling to the 6-point cradle.

Raise the patient slowly with the hand control.

If needed, use the integrated scale to record weight.

Move carefully to the destination surface.
-
Lower the patient and remove the sling once secure.

Unlock the brakes and reposition the lift.
Scale Use During Transfers
The integrated digital scale allows weighing without transferring the patient to a separate scale. Follow the on-unit controls for zeroing and reading the dual-sided display.
