500 lb Safe Working Load
The Hoyer Presence has a safe working load of 500 lb (227 kg).
The lift capacity does not override the safe working load of the sling, spreader bar, positioning cradle, scale, or any other component in the transfer system.
The usable capacity of the complete system is always limited by its lowest-rated component.
