Joerns Hoyer 39001726 100mm Rear Caster Pair for HPL450, HML450

The Joerns Hoyer 39001726 100mm Rear Caster Pair is a genuine OEM replacement component for Hoyer HPL450; Hoyer HML450. Joerns identifies this exact part number in the applicable lift parts documentation, making the OEM number the primary reference when replacing the same component on a compatible lift.

Front/rear position, diameter, brake status and kit quantity must match the lift. Replacing with a visually similar caster that has a different rating or geometry may affect handling and stability. Caster diameter: 100 mm; rear; pair including hardware.

Before ordering, compare the model name, lift configuration and existing part number whenever possible. Because patient-lift components are safety-critical, installation, inspection and return-to-service checks should follow the applicable Joerns manual and facility service procedures. If the lift has a damaged or uncertain safety-critical component, keep it out of service until the repair is completed and verified.
